Adrienne, 66, was a California-born nurse and midwife who made Kibbutz Be’eri her home after moving to Israel for love. At Soroka Medical Center, she became a respected midwife who helped deliver thousands of babies and trained generations of colleagues. After retiring, she volunteered with at-risk youth. On October 7, Adrienne called her family as Hamas terrorists entered her home; the call went dead, and she was murdered there.
