Alik Pozdnykov, 38, of Dimona, was a police detective, former competitive runner, husband and father of three who was proud to serve his country. He was working police security at the Supernova festival on October 7. As Hamas attacked, Alik fought to protect partygoers and sent his wife a final message saying he loved his family. He was killed after continuing to battle the gunmen until nearly out of ammunition.
