Ariel, 4, was the older son of Shiri and Yarden Bibas. Nicknamed “Luli,” he loved Batman and often dressed in Batman shirts and pajamas. His grandmother remembered giving him piggyback rides, watering plants together and sharing fruit from her tree. His father remembered his silly jokes, impressions and fascination with butterflies during family picnics.
Kidnapped alive from Kibbutz Nir Oz on October 7 and murdered in captivity; body returned February 2025
