Aviad Gad Cohen

Aviad Gad Cohen, 41, of Shlomit, was a husband, father of six, Mekorot water-company worker and member of his community’s local security team. When Hamas terrorists invaded nearby Moshav Pri Gan on October 7, Aviad left his family’s shelter to help defend the neighboring community. He fought alongside other local defenders and was killed in the battle. Their resistance prevented the attackers from murdering civilians in Pri Gan.
