Benny Ganish, 70, of Ashkelon, was an electrical contractor, a father and a grandfather of four. Fishing was part of the life he enjoyed, and on the morning of October 7 he left home with a friend to fish at Zikim Beach. He was murdered there during the attack, and his body was identified a week later. Benny is remembered as a working man, father and grandfather whose ordinary Saturday outing became his final morning.
