Benyamin “Beny” Belay, 20, of Rehovot, was a driver in the Gaza Division’s Southern Brigade and a devoted son who worked hard to support his parents. On October 7, Hamas terrorists invaded the Kissufim IDF outpost. Benyamin and other soldiers took shelter as the base came under attack, but many were unarmed. He was killed in the ensuing battle, and his family learned of his death five days later.
