Bilhah Yinon, 76, of Netiv HaAsara, was an artist, art teacher, author and educator filled with optimism and compassion. She devoted her life to teaching younger generations to love nature, recycle and create, even inventing the children’s character “Gruti” from discarded materials to make those ideas accessible. After retiring, Bilhah opened an art studio at the moshav and taught creative workshops, often using mandala art. She and her husband Yaakov raised five children. Bilhah’s artwork, books and teaching remain a living expression of her belief that creativity could help build a kinder, more thoughtful world.
