Carmel Bachar

Carmel, 15, loved the sea and sailing. He took part in a yearlong sailing program that culminated in a five-day trip to Cyprus and back. Those who sailed with him remembered a curious, joyful and helpful teenager who loved taking the wheel and could be counted on even in difficult conditions.
