Carmela, 80, of Kibbutz Nir Oz, was a beloved mother and grandmother known for cooking, spoiling her family and her famous cookies. She loved beauty, performance and dance, and often made videos with relatives. Her granddaughter Noya frequently slept at her home, and the two shared a very close bond. Initially believed abducted on October 7, Carmela and Noya were later confirmed murdered after their remains were identified.
