Carolin “Caro” Bohl, 22, was a German model and university student studying sustainable fashion in Berlin. Creative and idealistic, she hoped to make the world better through art. Friends remembered her as joyful, loving and a source of light who inspired the people around her to be happy. Carolin traveled to Israel with her friend, British photographer Danny Darlington, and spent her final days enjoying the quiet beauty of Kibbutz Nir Oz. The two were murdered there on October 7. Her family and friends remember her creativity, warmth and love of life.
