Chaya Reksanon

Chaya Reksanon was a Thai national living and working in Israel. Memorial records identify Chaya among the Thai victims of the October 7 attacks, but publicly available sources currently preserve very little additional information about age, family, workplace, interests or life in Thailand. Chaya is remembered here by name so that the scarcity of biographical material does not result in an empty memorial profile. Like many migrant workers in southern Israel, Chaya had traveled far from home and had a personal history, relationships and hopes far beyond the few details now available in public records.
