Dan Damri

Dan Damri, 21, of Tzohar, was remembered as the funniest and happiest person in the world — someone whose passion was people and who could light up any room. He had completed his military service only a month before October 7. Friends from his army unit called him the heart of the platoon, saying that when things were difficult he lifted everyone with jokes and optimism and never left a friend alone when they needed him. Dan loved animals and even brought a goat home to his mother. He was deeply loved by his large family, including five older siblings and a niece who said he was more like a brother than an uncle.
