Danny Darlington, 34, was a British photographer from Manchester who was living in Berlin and visiting Israel. His sister remembered him as gentle, kind, peace-loving and deeply loved by everyone he met. In the days before his death, he was riding his bicycle, laughing and photographing sunsets. Danny was murdered in Kibbutz Nir Oz on October 7 alongside his friend, German student Carolin Bohl.
