Kibbutz Kfar Azza
David “Kachko” Katzir, 72, of Kibbutz Kfar Aza, was remembered by his family through the foods and traditions that made home feel like home. A Times of Israel feature on a culinary memorial project noted that David especially loved the cream puffs his wife, Ayelet, made for him. The project preserves the memories of people murdered on October 7 through favorite family recipes. David was murdered in the Hamas attack on Kibbutz Kfar Aza.
