Dr. Daniel Levi, 34, a Peru-born physician at Soroka Medical Center, lived in Kibbutz Be’eri with his wife Lihi and their two young children. When the October 7 attack began, Daniel was called from his family’s shelter to the kibbutz clinic to treat the wounded. He continued caring for patients as the attack raged around them and was murdered when terrorists attacked the clinic.
