Elazar, 21, from Ashdod, was the seventh of nine children in a large family and remained deeply connected to both his faith and relatives. He loved the beach, surfing, matkot and nature and was remembered for his constant smile and joy. Elazar attended Supernova with his older brother Meir. Both were wounded while fleeing, but when Hamas gunmen attacked their car again at Sha’ar HaNegev Junction, Elazar was murdered. Meir survived.
