Ido Harush, 21, of Mitzpe Ramon, was an Armored Corps soldier who loved cars and was devoted to his comrades. When Hamas attacked the Yiftah outpost on October 7, Ido ran in shorts and flip-flops to reinforce a soldier alone at the gate. He organized the defense and killed several attackers before he was killed in the gun battle.
