Ilay Bar Sadeh, 19, of Ramat Gan, was a Golani soldier remembered as someone who was hungry for life. When Hamas terrorists attacked the Yiftah outpost on October 7, Ilay ran to the main gate and joined the defense. Even when ordered to leave the exposed position, he stayed and continued fighting until he was shot and killed.
