Juwas Ibrahim AlKaran
15 years old
Kukhleh
Juwas Ibrahim AlKaran, 15, was a teenager from Kukhleh in the Negev and one of several members of the AlKaran family whose names are preserved among the victims of October 7. Public memorial sources currently provide little information about Juwas’s school life, interests, personality or dreams for the future. At only 15, much of that future still lay ahead. Juwas is remembered here individually as a young person, a member of a family and community, and a life that cannot be reduced to the few facts preserved in public records.
