Majed Ibrahim

Majed Ibrahim of Abu Ghosh was the youngest of four brothers and was preparing to begin studying computer science at Hebrew University, a dream his father said he was excited to fulfill. After the war began, his family said he had been especially cautious during rocket alerts. On October 9, Majed was on the balcony of his family home when a Hamas rocket struck nearby and he was critically wounded by shrapnel before he could reach a protected area. His family gave him first aid and restored his pulse, but he died of his wounds at Hadassah Hospital several days later, on October 14.
