Marina, 76, of Kfar Saba, was a retired nurse, devoted grandmother, dog lover and world traveler. Born in Zagreb in what was then Yugoslavia, she moved to Israel as a baby around the time of the state’s establishment. She loved reading, learning, traveling and jeep trips, and friends remembered her warm smile. She was visiting her longtime partner Yoel Berger in Netiv Ha’asara when the community was attacked.
