Matan Zenati

Matan Zenati, 23, of Dimona, was the eldest son of Yoni and Tami and an admired older brother to twins Amit and Ron and younger sister Omer. Family and friends remembered him as exceptionally intelligent, thoughtful and warmhearted — someone who listened, advised, encouraged and was always present when people needed him. Matan excelled both academically and socially in high school and later served in a high-risk combat intelligence collection unit along Israel’s northern border. He was known as a fascinating conversationalist, a natural role model and a young man whose life was defined by love, generosity and giving.
