Oded Abergel of Merkaz Shapira was remembered as a joyful, generous person with an amazing smile and a love of life. The youngest of seven siblings, he came to the Supernova festival to help build a small performance stage. When the Hamas attack began, Oded stayed in contact with friends, calmly guiding them as they tried to escape. He was murdered while sheltering beneath the stage.
