Ofir Testa, 21, of Jerusalem, was a 7th Armored Brigade soldier and Torah scholar remembered for his determination. On October 7, his tank crew was sent toward the Supernova festival area and fought Hamas attackers along the border. After Ofir was seriously wounded by an explosive, he took control of the tank and kept fighting as the crew moved through the battlefield. He was ultimately killed in the battle.
