Phichit Najan

Phichit Najan was a Thai migrant worker living and working in Israel. Israel’s Center for International Migration and Integration records him among the migrant workers murdered during the October 7 attacks, and other memorial lists likewise preserve his name among the Thai victims. Public sources currently provide little information about his age, family, workplace, interests or life before the attack. Phichit is remembered here individually as a person whose life was much larger than the sparse surviving public record and as one of the Thai workers whose labor and presence were part of southern Israel.
