Raffi, 84, was a longtime Kibbutz Be’eri resident, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Born in Tel Aviv to a Greek father and Italian mother, he was remembered by his kibbutz as outwardly tough but softhearted. On October 7, Hamas terrorists murdered Raffi in his home in Be’eri. His former son-in-law Avi Mor was also murdered in the attack, and the two were buried on the same day.
