Roi Haim Guri, 21, of Ofakim, was a Golani soldier remembered for his courage and devotion to family. When Hamas terrorists invaded his city on October 7, Roi and his older brother Ariel went out together to help defend Ofakim. The brothers fought the attackers in the streets and were both killed protecting their hometown. They were buried side by side.
