Rotem Neumann, 25, of Kfar Hess, was remembered as a young woman who seemed to dance her way through life. Friends described her as constantly smiling, dancing and enjoying every moment. Her boyfriend Shaked wrote that people noticed her extraordinary smile and joyful energy and wished they had even a fraction of it themselves. Rotem was also a student in Tel Aviv and held Portuguese citizenship. She was murdered at the Nova music festival on October 7. Those who loved her remember a life filled with movement, happiness and a smile that drew people toward her.
