Sahar Saudyan, 21, of Rosh Haayin, was an Iron Dome battery commander remembered by her family and soldiers as generous, reassuring and deeply devoted to protecting others. During the massive rocket attack on October 7, Sahar led her battery’s interception efforts. Hours later, she left with soldiers Nativ Kuzaro and Benyamin Gavriel Yona to restock interceptor missiles. Hamas terrorists ambushed their vehicle and killed all three.
