Sammi Jarjawi, 52, was a Bedouin Israeli from the Segev Shalom area whose life was taken during the October 7 attacks. Memorial lists preserve his name and identify Segev Shalom as the place associated with his death. Publicly available sources currently provide little reliable information about his family, work, interests or personality. Sammi is remembered here individually as a member of Israel’s Bedouin community whose life spanned more than five decades of relationships and experiences that cannot be reconstructed from the sparse public record. His name remains part of the remembrance of the civilians killed that day.
