Shachar Gal Kadman

Shachar Gal Kadman, 34, of Ranen, combined a passion for environmental conservation with a scientific career. He earned a master’s degree in biochemistry, food science and nutrition from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and brought those interests to his work at the Tara dairy company. Colleagues remembered Shachar as exceptionally intelligent, hardworking, creative and witty, with a strong work ethic; one described him simply as “loved by everyone.” He had recently been selected for the environmental team at Israel’s Central Bottling Company, where his creative thinking and dedication stood out. Shachar is survived by his wife Ayelet, his parents and siblings.
