Moshav Mehola
Shoval Yaakov, 27, of Mehola, was a basketball player in the Jordan Valley League. Teammates remembered his dedication: he regularly arrived at the gym half an hour before everyone else. Those small routines became part of how friends remembered his familiar presence and personality. Shoval attended the Nova music festival on October 7 and was murdered during the attack. He is remembered by his family, teammates and community as a young man whose love of basketball was an important part of his life.
