Somkhoun Pansa-ard

Somkhoun Pansa-ard was a Thai migrant worker living and working in Israel. Israel’s Center for International Migration and Integration includes him among the migrant workers murdered in the October 7 attacks. Publicly available sources currently provide little information about his age, family, interests or personal history. Somkhoun is remembered here individually so that limited documentation does not erase the person behind the name. He was one of the many migrant workers who had traveled far from home for work, leaving relatives and loved ones behind, and whose lives became part of the communities of southern Israel.
