Sudthisak Rinthalak

Sudthisak, 43, was an agricultural worker from northeastern Thailand who had been working in Israel since 2017. He earned more in Israel than he could at home and regularly sent money to support his parents. His father described him as the family’s main breadwinner and “pillar,” a son who had gone abroad to work in hopes of creating a better life for his family.

Sudthisak Rinthalak, a Thai national who was working at Kibbutz Be’eri, was murdered by Hamas terrorists on October 7 and his body abducted to Gaza. His family was informed of his death on May 17, 2024 after a prolonged intelligence investigation. His body was held hostage by the Hamas terorists until its return to Israel in accordance with the October 2025 agreement, on 3 December 2025. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs sends its sincere condolences to the family, the government and people of Thailand.
