Tami Peleg Ziv, 72, was a native of Kibbutz Zikim, the daughter of Holocaust survivors and a longtime resident of Kibbutz Kfar Aza. She worked for many years in the local grocery shop, loved baking, animals, travel and classes, and was remembered as a deeply caring mother. Her life had already been marked by the loss of her brother in the Yom Kippur War and her daughter in the 2004 Sinai terror bombing. On October 7, Hamas terrorists murdered Tami and her husband Eitan in their Kfar Aza home.
