Tatiana Schnitman, 70, of Ofakim, was a Russian immigrant, avid gardener and animal lover. On October 7, she was traveling with pensioners on a Dead Sea day trip when their minibus stopped in Sderot with a flat tire. A nearby bomb shelter failed to open, and Hamas terrorists drove past and shot the travelers. Tatiana and 12 others were murdered.
