Tou Cae Lee

Tou Cae Lee was a Thai migrant worker living and working in Israel. He is listed by Israel’s Center for International Migration and Integration among the migrant workers murdered during the October 7 attacks. Public records currently offer very few details about his age, family, work location, interests or earlier life in Thailand. Tou Cae Lee is remembered here individually because the absence of a detailed public biography should not become an absence from the memorial. He had a life, relationships and people who knew and loved him beyond the limited information preserved online.
