Uri Arad, 22, was preparing to begin undergraduate studies in economics and psychology at Tel Aviv University. He worked as a bartender at the Supernova music festival near Re’im. When the attack began on October 7, Uri stayed behind and helped save two young women rather than immediately fleeing. He was murdered at the festival. Uri is remembered as a young man at the beginning of an exciting new chapter, with his university studies and future still ahead of him.
