Uriel Segal, 19, of Petah Tikva, was a Golani soldier remembered for the strong “internal fire” that drove him. When Hamas terrorists overran the Kissufim outpost on October 7, Uriel fought from a shelter with his comrades. As attackers threw live grenades inside, he repeatedly picked them up and threw them back out. He was killed when a larger explosive charge was thrown into the shelter.
