Yaron Oree Shay

Yaron Oree “Noni” Shay, 21, was a Nahal Brigade combat soldier, talented pianist and volunteer mentor to disadvantaged children. On October 7, he fought near Kibbutz Kerem Shalom as Hamas terrorists tried to reach the community. Yaron and his fellow soldiers helped repel the assault and protect hundreds of civilians. He was killed in the battle.
