Yehezkel “Hezi” Razilov, 30, of Katzrin, was a security guard who loved sports, animals, cycling and writing poetry. After hearing about the October 7 attack, although he had not been called for reserve duty, Hezi chose to head south to help defend the country. His family later learned that he had been killed. Handwritten poems he left behind became part of his legacy.
