Yehoshua, 66, from Ashkelon, spent almost 30 years in the IDF before retiring and later worked in technical sales and as a machine technician. He was a devoted husband, father of twin daughters and grandfather of seven. On October 7, while returning home from synagogue, he was severely wounded by a rocket strike in Ashkelon. Yehoshua remained hospitalized in intensive care and died of his wounds four days later.
