Yehudit, 76, was born in an Italian displaced-persons camp to Holocaust survivors and immigrated to Israel as a baby. She lived in Kibbutz Be’eri for nearly five decades, working at the kibbutz printing house and later as a school administrator. Her family remembered her as the heart of the family and a devoted grandmother. On October 7, she hid in her safe room before being taken outside and murdered near her home.
