Ze’ev, 72, was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who spent decades working in Kibbutz Be’eri’s agriculture branch. Quiet, modest and deeply professional, he served as head of agriculture and became an expert in crops including wheat and potatoes, even traveling to Australia to learn new techniques. He and his wife Zehava built their family in Be’eri and were murdered during the October 7 attack.
