Zehava, 68, came to a kibbutz on her own as a child and later built a warm, supportive family with her husband Ze’ev. She worked in several roles in Kibbutz Be’eri, including at the printing house and in education. Friends remembered her as optimistic, cheerful, kind and a wonderful mother and grandmother. Zehava and Ze’ev were murdered during the October 7 attack.
