Ziv Hajbi
29 years old
Ziv Hajbi, 29, of Kibbutz Gevim, was remembered by a close friend as exceptionally humble and someone who always saw the good in others. He spoke fluent Arabic and was preparing to begin a degree in Arabic and Islamic studies. Friends said helping people was simply part of who he was. During the attack on the Nova festival, Ziv tried to help his friends escape. Those who knew him believed that even when his own life was in danger, he would stop to help someone else who needed him.
